Inspired by the history of Ta’ Frenċ, Mario Schembri, Executive Chef, and his brigade are pleased to present their winter menu, drawing on the classic and traditional dishes served in the restaurant in recent years and on his own exciting fresh style of cooking, which reflects a sense of place. The menu changes seasonally and is composed of products that showcase the best of Malta and Gozo, reflecting the chef’s philosophy, which is to retain the natural aroma, taste and texture of these ingredients.
